Plas Nanteos Mansion - Aberystwyth

Plas Nanteos Mansion is a quintessential Grade 1 Georgian Mansion that operates on a Bed & Breakfast basis.within 35 acres of grounds and offering 22 luxury ensuite bedrooms and an exquisite 4 bedroomed self catering Mews House. Plenty of free onsite parking, with Tesla charge points, the property has a number of sumptuous public areas with free fast wifi available throughout the property including the bedrooms.

Flat-screen TVs are provided inNanteos rooms, along with tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and chocolates.rooms have king or super king-size beds.

We welcome pets, however, we only allow pets to stay in our PET FRIENDLY ROOMS, if you wish to be accompanied by your pet companion you must book a pet friendly room.

A full Welsh breakfast along with a selection of other dishes pre-ordered the night prior is served in the Restaurant or your room. The Library bar is open between 3pm and 10pm.

Aberystwyth Castle, Royal Pier and coastline are only a 10-minute drive away. The Aberystwyth Electric Cliff Railway is also located in the town centre, and provides the start to a walk over the cliff-tops to Clarach Bay, fromyou can catch a bus back to Aberystwyth.

Our restaurant is open for dinner to both residents and non-residents from Wednesday to Saturday between
6.30pm-8.30pm.

We serve an A la Carte menu using the best of local produce, delivered with friendly yet professional service

Four-Bedroom House. This 4-bedroom private house is available for self-catering or on a fully catered hotel service basis if preferred. It is situated in the restored Nanteos Stable block, close to, but apart from the Main Hotel. The accommodation offers 4 double bedrooms (and a double sofa bed is available for extra guests). The house incorporates a large comfortable living space with a light and airy open plan kitchen with modern appliances should guests wish to cater for themselves. The property also features a completely private small terrace with uninterrupted views of the surrounding Welsh landscape. This house allows pets to stay. ;
Honeymoon Suite. The Honeymoon Suite is by far the largest room in the Mansion. Its grandeur is only topped by its exquisite decor. The suite contains a relaxing living area, complete with a sofa, table and desk area,of whicha delightfully homely environment. The en-suites consist of a bath and shower, decorated to the highest standards. This suite does not allow pets to stay. ;
Suite. There are six bespoke suites, furnished and decorated to the highest standards reflecting the period of the Mansion, but with some contemporary twists and modern conveniences. Rooms are named after people, places and events associated with the Mansion’s prominent and illustrious past. This suite does not allow pets to stay. ;
Deluxe Double Room. These Deluxe Double rooms feature sumptuous king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.are located on the second floor with no lift access so this accommodation type may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Rooms are furnished and decorated to reflect the period of the Mansion and come equipped with modern conveniences. This room does not allow pets to stay. ;
Family Room. There are four bespoke family rooms, furnished and decorated to the highest standards reflecting the period of the Mansion, but with some contemporary twists and modern conveniences.of the family rooms have sumptuous king-size beds in addition to a sofa bed, some of which are in adjoining rooms, which double up as a private lounge perfect for a family stay. This room does not allow dogs to stay. ;
Single Room. A compact yet cosy modern room with an en-suite shower. Also equipped with a kettle and LCD TV. This room does not allow pets to stay. ;
Deluxe Double or Twin Room-Pet Friendly. These Pet Friendly rooms are conveniently located in the Bakery Wing allowing for easy access to the outdoors. Furnished and decorated to the highest standards reflecting the period of the Mansion, but with some contemporary twists and modern conveniences. Some rooms can accommodate twin beds or extra beds for children on request – subject to availability. This room allows pets to stay. ;
Double or Twin Room - Disability Access. This room with disability access is conveniently located on the ground floor with its own private parking space. This room has been designed with ease of access in mind and is fully equipped with a wet room style bathroom. This room can be configured as a double or twin room as required. This room does not allow pets to stay. ;
Junior Suite. These Junior suites feature sumptuous king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and superb views looking out over the front of the property. Furnished and decorated to reflect the period of the Mansion and equipped with modern conveniences. This suite does not allow pets to stay.
